1. Definitions

"Service", "Site" or "Platform" refers to the website located at moviegamespain.example and all sub-pages, content and games it contains. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Cinema Reels Studios S.L., a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Spain with registered office at Calle de la Gran Vía 28, 4ª planta, 28013 Madrid, and tax identification number B-87654321. "You" and "User" refer to any natural person who accesses or uses the Service. "Virtual Coins" refers to the on-screen tokens used in our games, which have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed and cannot be transferred outside the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Service, creating an interaction such as opening a game, submitting the contact form, or otherwise using any feature of the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these documents, you must immediately stop using the Service. We may from time to time update these Terms; the version published on this page is the version in force.

3. Eligibility and Account

Use of the Service is restricted to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the law of their country of residence. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Service does not currently require account registration; should we introduce optional accounts in the future, you will be responsible for keeping any credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

4. Nature of the Service — No Real Money Gaming

Movie Game Spain is a free-to-play, fictional gaming platform offered exclusively for amusement. The Service does not involve any form of real money wagering, betting, gambling or prize redemption. Virtual Coins are awarded automatically for free, hold no monetary value, are not the property of the User, cannot be sold, gifted, transferred, exchanged or converted into legal tender, goods or services of any kind, and may be reset, removed or rebalanced by us at any time without notice or compensation. Nothing on the Service should be interpreted as an offer of, or invitation to engage in, gambling activities regulated by Spanish Law 13/2011 of 27 May or any equivalent foreign legislation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You shall not (i) use any automated system, bot, scraper or similar tool to access or interact with the Service; (ii) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the Site; (iii) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data it contains; (iv) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service, related systems or networks; (v) use the Service to transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, infringing or otherwise objectionable content; or (vi) misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

All content displayed on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, audio clips, animations, source code, layout, logos and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Cinema Reels Studios S.L. or its licensors and is protected by Spanish, European Union and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and view the Service for your own private use. No other right or licence is granted, expressly or implicitly. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public communication or transformation of the content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. User-Submitted Content

If you submit any content through the Service — for example via the contact form — you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that content for the purpose of operating the Service and responding to your communication. You represent that any content you submit is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

8. Third-Party Links and Resources

The Service may contain links to third-party websites such as GambleAware and GamCare, provided as a public service for users seeking help with real-world gambling concerns. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
